Current Beach Photos All in all, we've had a pretty nice winter here on Dauphin Island and are looking forward to the upcoming Spring season. A warm front that moved through the area this week has brought with it beach-like weather and very pleasant sea conditions. For the weekend and through next week, the forecast is calling for sunny to partly cloudy skies with clear skies and warmer temperatures with highs in the mid to upper 70s! Not bad for January! The water is very pretty and our beaches are clean with only a bit of sea weed and a nice assortment of seashells washing ashore. With dolphins galore, and an interesting assortment of other marine critters cruising the clear waters, it's a great time to be at the beach!
