Dune maintenance project has been completed. Crosswalks are in place.

In the last couple of days work has begun on repairing a breach in the protective sand berm from Seneca Court to Tampico Court. The Town of Dauphin Island did not notify rental companies of the start date, or any other details related to this project. We were able to talk with the contractor doing the work today and he indicated that dune crossovers cannot be built immediately. We are glad to have this sand, and the repairs will help to prevent Gulf washovers during storms and will protect the individual properties, as well as your parked vehicles.

Guests in the following houses may have to us nearby existing dune crosswalks that are not affected:

There are walkovers at Slidell and Tampico Courts and hopefully they will be usable by approximately March 17th or 18th. An easy access crossover is located on Sehoy Court. The walking distance is from approximately 1,000 to 2,000 feet, depending upon the property location.

Island Breeze - Serigny Court
