We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rentals or discontinue occupancy, if in our opinion, a guest is determined to be detrimental to a property. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture. Authorized employees of Dauphin Island Real Estate, Inc. may enter the premises for any purpose to manage the rental.

We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

Our area is prone to tropical and other storms, which may change the gulf beach and sound-side beach configurations. At certain times, depending upon weather, gulf front and gulf side homes may be closer to the water than average. Also, after a weather event, driveways could be compromised with sand . We make every effort to maintain driveways for easy access. Due to conditions beyond the control of DIRE, photos may not accurately represent the homes, driveways, and steps after a weather event.
