We have rented this house before on different rental programs and came back this year. It is better than ever. Clean and refreshed. The polywood deck furniture and swing are a great addition. The kitchen is well stocked and we love the hammock on the end of the pier. We fished, grilled, swam and had the best spring break. This is such a unique home, the beach on the calm bay is perfect for our group. You can not go wrong with this place!

We booked a quick last minute trip to the island and picked Island Dock because of the pier. The house was clean, well equipped and we have zero complaints. We hope to come back for our fall break
Great place. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. My kids loved the huge lot and had the best time running around. The pier was so fun. We usually stay on the gulf side but the calm water on the bay was so fun and I did not have to worry about the kids as much.
