This is our 4th year to stay on Dauphin Island’s west end,the week of July 3rd, to celebrate our first born grandson’s birthday! Working with Lola at Dauphin Island Real Estate has been great! She has met the needs of our family in so many ways! We love Salty Piece of Land! The home is so welcoming and the neighborhood so peaceful and inviting. Our four grands love the new pool! Sunsets on the west end of the island are amazing! Each year we discover something new. This year we attended the market in the park, it was amazing! We love Dauphin Island!

We love working With DIRE! A special shout out to Lola! If a problem pops up, someone is there to correct it. Our first grandson celebrated his sixteenth birthday during our stay. He enjoyed every minute of his birthday week! Fishing, sandcastle architecture, morning runs on the beach, feeding the sea gulls, movie night, ice cream night, and so much more made His 16th so memorable. Thank you for Sharing Salty Piece of Land with our family!

We stayed at Salty Piece of Land in May 2024, and loved our stay here! The house was very well stocked and beautifully decorated, with cute little touches everywhere that made it feel like you were staying in a well-loved home. The beds and sofas were very comfortable. The porch swing on the lower deck was the perfect place to sit and read and watch the waves. We would definitely stay here again.

Salty Piece of Land was great. The house was nice and clean and well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The home is cute from the moment you pull up. Pool was well-maintained with adequate seating in the gated area. We appreciated the extra gate between main deck and pool. Kitchen was well-stocked for basic cooking needs. Appliances worked. Beds were comfy. Living and outdoor space was adequate for 7 to share the area comfortably. Lights and swing on lower deck gave it a little something extra special.
